Platonic documentation

Platonic is the self-hosted agent server. Plato Agent is the client distribution built on it. These documentation shells separate operating the product, extending the framework, and looking up exact interfaces.

A workspace owns agent profiles. Agent profiles supply defaults to durable threads. The Platonic server owns provider calls, tools, policy, approvals, and the replayable ledger; clients attach through the typed protocol.
